Rates and Policies - For Creede Rentals
1 Night Stay: $150
2 Night Stay: $135/night
3 - 6 Nights: $125/night
Weekly: $800
Monthly: $2800

(Rates do not include
restocking breakfast groceries.)

Rates based on double occupancy
*Each additional person will be charged $10/night.
*Sales Tax of 7.5% and 2% Lodging Tax apply.

Off-Season Discount
$15 less per room/night
(weekdays before May 20 and after October 1)

Please note
*Pets are occasionally allowed, with
restrictions and advance approval.
*Smoking is restricted to out-of-doors.
*Our lodging rates do not include daily housekeeping.

Deposit & Payment

We require one half of your stay as a deposit. Once we receive your deposit check, you can consider your reservation guaranteed.

You may settle your bill by check, cash or credit card. As part of our non-traditional hosting, there's a chance that we won't be around when you are checking in or out. If we don't plan to be there, we'll leave a note stating the balance for you.

Cancellations

If cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, your deposit is nonrefundable.
