Deposit & Payment
We require one half of your stay as a deposit. Once we receive your deposit check, you can consider your reservation guaranteed.
You may settle your bill by check, cash or credit card. As part of our non-traditional hosting, there's a chance that we won't be around when you are checking in or out. If we don't plan to be there, we'll leave a note stating the balance for you.
Cancellations
If cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, guest is responsible for full payment of the total number of nights reserved, unless we are able to rent the cottage for the cancelled nights.
We make every attempt to rent the rooms, and therefore, rarely find it necessary to charge guests whose plans change. The sooner we know of an opening, the greater the chance we will be able to fill the vacancy.
